The Stackstown left hander finished on eight over par behind winner Moritz Lampert of Germany at Golf l'Ocean.
He now moves 40 minutes north to the Open Tazegzout 2016 at Tazegzout Golf Club where he will be joined by Co Meath's Ciaran Boggan, Headfort's Rory McNamara and Royal County Down's Reeve Whitson, who all missed the cut at Golf l'Ocean.
