An Irish golf enthusiast has produced a unique tribute to the unprecedented recent success of the nation’s top stars that is set to fire the imagination of golf fans across the country.

Cork based businessman Norman Pratt has teamed up with three time Major champion Padraig Harrington and European Tour winners Damien McGrane and Peter Lawrie to commemorate their recent successes.

Pratt’s company has been commissioned to create three limited edition prints endorsed by Harrington, McGrane and Lawrie in honour of their various triumphs in 2007 and 2008.

Each frame has been specially designed by Pratt’s company featuring key moments from their tournament wins and each has been signed by the players involved.

“These are very special items commemorating what has been a time for unprecedented success for Irish golfers,” said Pratt.

“Each print is individually numbered and carries the authentic hand written signature of the player.

“They are then framed and mounted to the highest standard and each sold item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity which contains photographic evidence of each player signing his individual print.”

Harrington, McGrane and Lawrie have all endorsed these products which serve as a fitting tribute to their finest hours.

The British Open victories for Harrington at Carnoustie in 2007 and Royal Birkdale in 2008 and his amazing US PGA title win at Oakland Hills from the backdrop to his print.

McGrane’s breakthrough win with a nine stroke win at the Volvo China Open in Beijing last year also features in this limited edition series.

And a photo tribute to Lawrie’s first European Tour crown, when he won a sudden death play-off at the 2007 Open De Espana, is also available as a print.

“We have produced 1000 prints for Padraig Harrington at 24” by 20” and they retail at €250 plus VAT,” added Pratt.

“We have also produced 200 prints for Damien McGrane and for Peter Lawrie. They measure 20” x 16” and are available at €200 plus VAT.

“These are very special pieces and are perfectly suitable as gifts for fans, as corporate presentations or as golf prizes and charity auction items.”
