Cian Manning is in an independent researcher based in Waterford city. He has previously contributed to Pog Mo Goal, Football Pink, BTLM and History Ireland. His first book was published in 2019 by History Press on Waterford City and his next is to mark the centenary of the Waterford & District Junior League in 2024.
