Patrick Keeling wins at word class Rosapenna
It’s been a successful month for the Keeling family with Patrick Keeling claiming the McGinley Motors sponsored Rosapenna Senior Scratch Cup.
As his younger brother Sean won the Scottish Boys title, Patrick finished on two-under 106 for 27 holes as frost disrupted this popular scratch cup, which counts Rory McIlroy among its former winners.
Keeling finished three shots ahead of Rory Leonard and Ceri Fearnley with Ben Best, Hugh Foley and Thomas Beaumont a shot further back.
Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort was recently ranked fourth in the Top 100 Golf Resorts in Great Britain and Ireland ranking.

Not only does it offer visitors great golf at the Old Tom Morris Links and Sandy Hills Links, it now also boasts the Tom Doak-designed St Patrick’s Links.
Chris Bertram, editor of Top 100 Golf Resorts in Great Britain and Ireland, said: “I was adamant that St Patrick’s was epic, a world-class course that would be a game-changer for the resort and the whole of North West Ireland.
"It makes Rosapenna a destination in itself and one that connoisseurs will feel they have to get to.”
