Castlewarden's Lauren Walsh continued her meteoric start to her US college career with a third top-10 in as many starts for Wake Forest catapulting her to a career-best 178th in the world.
The Irish international (19) has enjoyed two team wins and a runner-up finish for the Demon Deacons since she made her debut last month

She was tied seventh as Wake Forest finished second in the season-opening Cougar Classic in Charleston and sixth as her college won the ANNIKA Intercollegiate two weeks ago, breaking into the world's top 200.
On Sunday, she made it three out of three when she tied for ninth was Wake Forest surged to victory in the Lady Paladin Invitational in South Carolina.
Walsh was not named in the initial Great Britain and Ireland Curtis Cup squad for June's clash with the USA at Conwy Golf Club in Wales.
But after her stellar eighth-place finish behind Stephanie Meadow in the inaugural ISPS Handa World Invitational at Massereene and Galgorm Castle in August, she's shown she can rub shoulders with the best.
She's coached by Shane O'Grady, who also coaches Gavin Moynihan and Leona Maguire, and will be aiming for more success when Wake Forest tee it up in the Tar Heel Invitational in North Carolina next week.
