Alps Tour — Mount Juliet's Stephen Grant shot a second successive 70 to trail the leader by five shots in the clubhouse in the storm-delayed Gosser Open in Austria.

Thunderstorms forced a two-hour delay before play was finally suspended until 7am on Saturday with players saying parts of the course were unplayable.

Brendan McCarroll (74) and Michael Dallat (76) were tied 90th on three-over with David Carey four over after starting his second round with a triple bogey.
