Walshe and Lowry best in Hilary at Seapoint
Dundalk's Clem Walshe won the second RaboDirect sponsored Hilary Golf outing at Seapoint Golf Links on Sunday with a nett 70 — two-under-par.
The five handicapper was a model of consistency, shooting nines of 37 and 38 to beat County Louth's Paul Reilly by a single shot.
Corrstown's Dave Lowry shot an impressive one-under-par 71 to capture the gross prize.
Royal Dublin's Kevin Knightly was joined by Naas duo Alan Rohan and Lloyd O'Rourke in claiming the team prize with a score of 62.
The next outing in the series takes place on Sunday, 4 March at Laytown and Bettystown.
