Rice and McGeady in top 20 at Moray
Michael McGeady and Tim Rice finished in the top 20 in the inaugural Grant Property Investment Championship at Moray Golf Club in Lossiemouth on the Europro Tour.
The pair tied for 19th on level par, eight shots behind winner Paul McKechnie, the first winner of the PGA EuroPro Tour Order of Merit in 2002. Scores
The Scot shot a final round 70, one under par, to win by one from Richard Prophet, Will Roebuck and his playing partner Daniel Wardrop.
McGeady shot a one under 70 and Rice a 71 with Paul Cutler tied for 42nd on four over after a 74.
McGeady is the leading Irish player in the Europro Tour’s Order of Merit in 19th place with £2,988 from six start.
