Mallow's James Sugrue won the Bank of Ireland sponsored Castletroy Senior Scratch Cup.

He carded rounds of 72 and 69 to win by three strokes from Nenagh's Dave Reddan.

Castletroy's Dean McMahon was third with Michael O'Kelly and John Hickey rounding out the gross prize-winners on 146 and 147 respectively.

Adare Golf Resort's Red McDonnell was fourth on 146 while Castletroy's John Hadnett and West Waterford's Philip Spratt took the best gross prizes with fine rounds of 70 and 72.
